Vacuum Thermoforming

We're so surrounded by products made by vacuum forming that most people take them for granted. But it's a complex process, and its success or failure depends in large part on the quality of the tooling. E&D Engineering has been behind many well-known everyday products.

We've produced high-quality, precision molds up to 50 inches. And we've helped customers through the entire process, from design of the product to meet production requirements, through tool design and prototyping and production tooling.

E&D Engineering can also provide precision, trouble-free tooling for inline and match metal trim tools for perimeter and pre-punch requirements, such as venting, hanger slots and extreme features the finished part requires. 

Our molds have been used for production of a wide variety of products, from clamshell containers for food to dunnage trays for auto parts, in materials including:
