Our team has more than 50 years of machining experience - in every facet of design and production of molds for vacuum and injection molding of thermoplastics, thermosetting polymers and liquid silicone. We are a team of experienced machinists and engineers, working with the latest and most advanced CNC machining centers and 3D design software.
We specialize in molds for small- and medium-sized parts with unusual or difficult requirements, such as:
- complex geometry
- close tolerance
- intricate insert molds or overmolding
- difficult materials
But we're equally capable of creating injection, compression or transfer molds up to 24 x 24 inches and vacuum molds for up to 50 inches.
Our experience also makes us familiar with the ins and outs of every type - and maker - of vacuum and injection molding equipment, and we're able to provide dies for in-line trimming, punching and other secondary operations.
